At Fitscoop, your satisfaction is our priority. We ensure that every jar of peanut butter is prepared, packed, and shipped with the utmost care. Since our products are consumable food items, we follow a strict return and refund policy. Please read it carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• You received the wrong product.

• The product was damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

👉 Returns are not accepted for reasons such as:

• Change of mind or dislike of taste/texture.

• Products opened/used after delivery.

• Incorrect address provided by the customer.

2. Reporting an Issue

• Any issue with your order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• Please send us an email at [support@fitscoop.com] with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

3. Refunds

• Once your claim is reviewed and approved, a refund will be processed.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• In case of COD (Cash on Delivery), refunds will be provided via bank transfer/UPI after confirmation.

4. Replacements

• Instead of a refund, you may request a replacement for the same product if it was received damaged or incorrect.

• Replacements are subject to product availability.

5. Order Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
